Reservation Terms
If a group cancels, the following compensation shall be payable:
100 % of the total amount, less any payment received, if the reservation is cancelled on 3 day's beforehand
80 % of the total amount, less any payment received, if the reservation is cancelled on 1 week beforehand
50 % of the total amount, less any payment received, if the reservation is cancelled on 2 weeks beforehand
30 % of the total amount, less any payment received, if the reservation is cancelled on 5 weeks beforehand
0 % of the total amount, less any payment received, if the reservation is cancelled on more than 6 weeks beforehand
In case of a change in plans, all reservations must be cancelled no later than 4:00 pm the day before arrival to avoid a penalty in the equivalent amount of one room night plus taxes.

The hotel reservation contract shall be subject to Belgian law.
All disputes arising from this agreement shall be decided by the appropriate court in the hotel owner's place of domicile.
